Dear Nurse:

Just because breastfeeding is not the norm here some mothers do still choose to breast feed. if you look back at my daughter records it will tell you she was breast fed at her one week check, two month check and four month check, there is a pretty good chance that she is still breastfed at her six month check and asking what kind of formula I give her and like a slap in my face. Just a suggestion, ask whether she is breast fed or formula fed and then go on from there, do not assume, it pisses me off.

Thank you for you understanding,
Angela

It's amazing how many people just assume that everyone formula feeds. Why is our society so quick fix oriented? Breastfeeding and cloth diapering is the norm in most of the world. My youngest is almost 13 months old and we're still breastfeeding twice a day with no plans to stop anytime soon.
